Six Ways To Light Up Your Stairway

Take a step in the right direction and create a spectacular stairway or heavenly hallway with our customisable Nine Pendants.

Following their release in 2020, a number of our customers have already installed a Nine Pendant in their home. Here, we have collated some of our favourite customer photos to showcase the numerous ways to display, and enjoy, these customisable clusters.

1. HANG AT AN ANGLE

This swirly stairway allows one to absorb every angle of our largest light bulb, the Voronoi III. Here, the customer installed the canopy at a slight angle to cater for the sloped ceiling.

2. FILL THE VOID

The Nine Pendant provides an arresting counterpoint to the modern-day staircase design, enabling you to welcome your guests with the utmost elegance. When installing your Nine Pendant, consider the placement carefully so that it fills the void of space makes your stairway stand out.

3. CREATE A CLUSTER OF INDIVIDUAL PENDANTS

If you long for something more unique for your home, consider creating your own cluster by installing the Voronoi II Brass Pendants in irregular patterns. Cascading from the ceiling like a shower of stars, this will certainly turn heads.

4. DECORATE A NARROW SPACE

The Nine Pendant is perfect for filling narrow stairwells. With a width of just over 500mm, it can cater for tight spaces, while offering 5 metres cable to hang the bulbs at varying lengths.

This couple chose to enliven and enhance their stairway with a combination of Voronoi I, II and III bulbs, together with Brass Pendants.

5. CUSTOMISE YOUR SPACE

Using a row of linear ceiling plates, this customer paired the voluptuous Voronoi II bulbs with the earthy Walnut pendants, adding to the gallery-like form of the space. When designing your installation, consider how to further amplify the aesthetic appearance by arranging at different lengths, so each level provides a unique view.

6. MAKE A STATEMENT

By combining the smooth, organic shapes of the bulbs with bold and colourful prints, paintings and exposed brickwork, this customer has created both contrast and consistency to make a big visual statement.

It looks so good, even the artwork has its eye on it.
