Returns

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) within 28 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they are in original, resalable condition.

Shipping, handling, and other service charges are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping and handling when the product is received in good condition and as described. These costs will be deducted from your refund total.

All returns must be submitted via our Return Portal. Any items returned without prior notification or outside this process will be rejected and ineligible for refund. Returns received without pre-approval may be lost or returned to sender at the customer’s expense.

If we don’t receive any shipment updates within 28 days of your return being approved, the request will expire and your prepaid return labels will no longer be valid.

To qualify for a refund, your item must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase provided.

Please note: Hard-wired items (including pendants, ceiling lights, and chandeliers) cannot be returned once installed, unless proven faulty.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Include clear images of the issue so that we can fully investigate.

All damages or delivery errors will be reviewed, and replacements issued where appropriate.

These requests can also be submitted via our Return Portal.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Hard-wired products, including pendants, ceiling lights, and chandeliers, are non-returnable once installed, unless proven faulty.

Exchanges

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time. However, items may be returned for store credit. To initiate a return, please submit your request through our Return Portal.

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately and include clear photos of the issue so we can review and resolve the matter as quickly as possible.


Refunds

Refunds are typically processed within 14 business days of receiving your return, pending a quality inspection.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the transaction.

Shipping, handling, and other service charges are non-refundable.

Refunds will not be issued for items damaged during installation or by a third party.

Sales Periods

We reserve the right to make temporary amendments to our returns and refunds policy during sale or promotional periods. Such amendments may apply to specific products, product ranges, regions, or order types, and will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase or within the applicable promotional terms.


Warranty

All Tala LED light bulbs and luminaire products are covered under our Warranty Guarantee.

This policy complies with the UK Online and Distance Selling Regulations.
